Ordering information
Here at Water Treatment Direct we want to make your shopping experience as pleasurable and as hassle-free as possible. Listed below you will find some pointers on how to get the most out of our website and also some advice on what to do if you are not happy with your purchases.
How to Order
- Select the product you want from our Online Shop.
If you need help to choose the right product,
visit one of our advice pages to help you make the correct choice:

Filtered water on tap - for plumbed-in water filter kits.
- On the shop page, fill in the product quantity that you want and click 'Add to Basket'.
- Once you have chosen all the products you wish to purchase and added them all to the basket, click on the basket link at the top of the page to view all the items you have chosen to buy.
- You may still continue shopping and return to the basket if you wish, as long as you don't close the website down or leave a very long period of time before returning to the basket and paying for your purchases. You may also add more products to the basket or delete products from the basket.
- Check over all the details on the basket page, if you are happy with the items and their quantities, click 'Proceed to Checkout'. You must tick the box indicating that you have read the terms and conditions of sale to proceed with your purchase.
- Now you have 3 options. Either enter your contact details to make a one-off purchase, register as a user so your details will be saved for future purchases, or log in if you are already registered
as a user. Please note that we are not able to take orders for non-UK deliveries on this website. If you wish to place an order and have it delivered to an address outside the UK, please call this number +44 (0) 1928 583 280 and your order can be placed over the phone.
- The next page shows a full breakdown of your order including the items you are purchasing and their prices, full costs including postage and your invoice and delivery addresses. If you are happy that your order is correct, click 'Proceed to Checkout' to pay for your order.
- You will now be transferred to our secure payment server at RBS WorldPay.
- Enter your credit card details and follow the on-screen instructions.
- You will then receive an email from us confirming your order.
- Sit back and wait for your delivery (normally despatched within 3 working days).

We are obviously concerned about the security of your details and in particular your credit card information. This is why we have teamed up with RBS WorldPay - one of the most respected payment service providers on the Internet.

Returns Information
If for whatever reason you change your mind about your order we will be more than happy to refund you the full purchase price (less any P&P) as soon as we receive the item back in the same unused saleable condition that it was despatched in (including undamaged packaging). We must be notified by email or by phone within 7 working days if you wish to return an item. In the event that the item is not in the same condition we reserve the right to make necessary deductions.
Faulty items are covered by individual product warranties. |
